As part ouf our enviroment project we have recycled tins and tubes to make pencil pots and money banks. We all brought in a tin or crisps tube and then got messy and pasted paper on them. Our hands sure got sticky. Some of us found it hard to do the work sitting down and just had to stand up. Ms Dreger was very picky and we had to make sure that there were no 'sticky up bits' of paper or 'flaps' when we pasted the paper on.
After we let it dry for week, we were given a choice of how to decorate out pots and money banks.
Some of us used glued pulses and leaves onto our pots.
We think the final result is GREAT!

Others people painted them, and still others stuck either tissue paper or photos that they had brought in.
