Prepare a podcast using Audacity
'How to make the world a better place.'
(scroll down for just some of the podcasts made by pupils)
Work individually or interview a neighbour if you want to interview each-other.
Before you start write down a few notes of what you want to say - bullet points only.
Structure your podcast:
- Introduce yourself (firstname only) & whoever you are interviewing
- Say what you are going to talk about.
- Describe the situation that needs changing
- Say how you would change things - your 'big idea'
- Conclude with a summary / strong statement / call for action
If you pause don't worry. If you make a mistake just say 'take 2' or '3' and go back a bit in what you are saying. KEEP RECORDING unless you have a REAL block. 4mins can come down to 2 or less when you edit.
