The fencing club have been honoured with the visit from Leah King who is on the British Fenching Team. Leah is 15 years old and at the junior world championships in May was ranked 15th. She is assisting Andy on work experience and was able to answer questions about her training, how long she has been fencing and what she eats (no more sweets on the way home from school). She also showed the children some of the moves she uses in her training.
Acceptable Use Policy forms have been sent home with children and should have been returned to the school. It is important that a form is completed for EACH child. If you need a form for your child a downloadable copy can be found in the reference section on the left side.
St Michael's children are able to use two fun educational programmes online called Simple City and 2Type. Children must have a password. They can obtain log in details from their class teachers, school office or alternatively Ms Dreger or Mrs Adjei. Click 2Simple to go the the website.
